I second the sea bands. They are wrist bands that sit on the pressure point that helps relieve nausea. Get two pairs so you can change them each day. Otherwise, just one pair will stretch out if it doesn’t have time to sit and “recharge” and then they won’t work as well.

@gracelover, hope you feel better soon! Also, you can order preggie pops from amazon. They give temporary relief for some. They’re just like kinda sour candies

Whet do they look like Because I can’t even take my prenatals because I get sick off of every kind I have tried gummy pill capsules it all makes me sick
