What's a good treatment for eczema? My daughter has gotten it bad over the past 3 days. She has an appointment next week but she needs some relief. Ive tried oatmeal baths, cetaphil, and hydrocortisone but it seems to be getting worse. It's inside her arms and legs, around her belly button and inside her thighs. It looks so bad in person

Thank you everyone. I tried some honest baby balm and it calmed it down some. Im gonna try some coconut oil and breastmilk tonight

We use the Eucerin baby eczema creme

Dream cream by lush it’s a god send!!
Be carful with cortisone creams as if worn in the sun will cause sun burn.

Eucerin worked for my son
Also you can put alittle hydrocortisone cream on it to help the redness and itching.
Also was told to use a dove soap and to use none scented laundry soap
