I ordered 2 bras from lane Bryant but I need to return them and can't find the receipt so I have a strong feeling they're going to give me store credit. I'm hoping since I ordered in store and had them delivered to store it will be different. I really need that money and I'm so nervous to go tomorrow to see what they will say. I have all of my receipts from that day but not this one ughh 😒

They should be able to pull up your order, especially if you ordered in the store
yeah I know, I paid with my card but i know some companies (like Burlington) are petty af and if you don't have a receipt then the policy is to give store credit 😩 it happened to me recently and I was so upset
As long as you paid with a debit or charge or have an online account with lane Bryant you should have no issue with returns. I returned something without a receipt. They refunded my card, but it did take nearly a week to return the funds to my bank account.
