Looks like I’m not gonna get any sleep my 5 year old was running 102 fever an hour ago checked again it was at 102.5 so I rechecked 5 mins later just because he felt warmer to me and it was at 103 just gave Motrin how long does it typically take for the Motrin to kick in I set a timer for 30 mins so I can recheck him to see if it drops drastically but if not then we may be making a trip to er he has an appointment tomorrow afternoon but if he goes any higher than 103 then we will not be staying home because he will have seizures but hopefully Motrin knocks it down just a tad bit to where I can feel comfortable enough to go to sleep right now we are camping out on the couch and love seat so we can be in the same room also he is not dressed in much he has on under wear and a shirt and really light throw over him
