My hospital gave me all of that.. you should find out if yours does

They never had the ice pads at mine but they did give me numbing spray and a couple pairs of those underwear but I always needed more when I got home.

@mskye4, Mine always has ice packs! But you can Make your own FYI. How many of each does this come with??

Wtf why pay all that 🤣 just get fat pads soak them in witch hazel and freeze get a 10$ pack of undies and a squirt bottle fuk all that
