Snacks for after delivery (granola helps with nursing), mints, toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, slippers, pads (nursing and otherwise), clothes for you and baby, brush, hair products, phone charger, gum, reusable water bottle
Basically minimal. The hospital provided so much. I just made sure I had the car seat and baby’s outfit to go home with. Plus an extra set of clothes for myself to go home in that were “loose” fitting for comfort.
I didn’t even take anything the first two kids I just put my clothes on I came in ...and the last one it was just random stuff I grabbed last minute out the door to the hospital 🏥
