Do you get a regular period? Do you spot? Do you cramp? I'm so confused 😣

I was pregnant before I didn't know I was pregnant cuz I kept getting a period but I had a miscarriage! I'm scared it might happen again. I haven't taken a test yet because I did the end of September so it still might be too soon.
