Sorry just saw this lol! I cut up 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts into strips, in 1 bowl I mixed eggs with a little water, in a separate bowl I mixed flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, seasoning salt, pepper, and a little cayenne pepper in a bowl (don’t have exact measurements as it’s my own made recipe lol) dredge strips in flour, then egg mix (drain off excess) then roll again in flour tapping off excess again then I deep fried in canola oil in my cast iron skillet until dark golden brown and crispy then drained on paper towel lined cooling rack 😊 sounds hard but it’s not. It’s seriously better than ANY fried chicken place I’ve ever had. Let me know how it turns out if you make it!
Just figure I better be clear, you want to roll strips in flour mix first then eggs then flour again, rolling in the flour mixture before egg mix will make the coating stick better
