I take oxyshred and do a small work out every morning. Jogging on the spot, ab crunches and jumping jacks. I was on keto for a bit and now just eat no carb low sugar. I have pcos, so weight loss has been hard, but I've lost 25lbs in 3 months.
This app lets you set your goal, gives you meal options, lets you know your daily calorie limit, you can add your steps and your workouts to it, it also shows you healthy dinner options, and sooo much more I like to download a lot of apps and go through them all and delete the bad ones. This was by far the best!
@simply_mee I'm not like an expert or anything vut i found it very helpful to get one of those calorie counting apps they have several where you can actually scan the barcode on your food and it tells you all about it... The calories, wich are good and bad. And it even grades them from like a to F
I also used fit miss protiene powder i ordered from amazon the chocolate is the best! I lost 35 pounds fairly fast with the workout protiene and running combined and I didnt just over do it either it was equally challenging and easy!
