I have very regular cycles, my cycle is every 23 days. I am 2 days late took a test 3 days ago it was negative. But if I am pregnant I'd only be 3 weeks so is it possibly too soon to take a test?

So now that I have my test strips when do I start testing! I am on day 2 of af today and it lasts about 3-4 days normally. I have about a 26-27 day cycle. Any help would be very appreciated thank you!!😀
