Is there a lot of bleeding a long with the pain? The extreme after pains normally subside in bout 3-4 days

@freckly, oh ok. Maybe it is your period. I’d be panicky 😩

@prettymom3 everything seems normal other than the pain but apparently period cramps are worse right after you have a baby bc your uterus is still enlarged. I did some googling. So pretty much it's got more wall surface to shed, than if it was it's normal size.

Did your dr give you Rx for a stronger version of Advil?
