*Toilet training advise pleasee*

Noah is fine using the potty all day if he has no trousers on but just cannot grasp taking his trousers down to go.

I've done full weeks where he has used the potty all day then tried with pants on but he just wets them, tried with trousers and he does the same.

He hates being wet but seems to just get distracted and forget.

Do I continue keeping him trouserless and try again with pants or shall I just put the pants on and he will soon figure it out?
