Ugh I hate when I get asthma attacks🤦🏻‍♀️ ever since I was 16 I would get them all the time. I had to carry my inhaler with me at all times. It came to the point where my doctor would give me extras to carry in my backpack, purse and even in my car. I stopped using my inhaler when I got married and when we moved away from home I only got one prescribed because I was pregnant and that was 2 years ago!! Well now I’m sitting in my room doing breathing exercises and I’m exhausted! I forgot how draining it was😣 but luckily is going away🙃
