Cold cabbage leaves with help with both drying up, and the pain. Antihistamines and decongestants are known to dry up milk also, that being said I've had to take Benadryl multiple time for food allergies and they never messed with my supply and wouldn't recommend taking just to take without needing them lol.
Cabbage leaves worked whenever I would place them in the freezer for a bit, but after a couple of days I started using ice packs and over the counter pain medication, also I heard herbs such as parsley and peppermint help dry up breast milk

They need to have tight pressure on them. It help them from filling up and blocks the milk ducts and will eventually dry up.

I agree with cold cabbage leaves in a tight sports bra! Taking some benadryl is supposed to help too.
