Been having period like cramps all day.... previously pregnancies I just went into full blown…

Been having period like cramps all day.... previously pregnancies I just went into full blown contractions no irregular pattern with previous pregnancies so these random contractions or BH is new to me. Should I go to hospital to see what they say? I’ll be 40 weeks Wednesday

I never dilated with previous pregnancies until I went into labor
