IUGR is intra uterine growth restriction. They’re checking babies’ heart rates (FHR fetal heart rate), AF is the amount of amniotic fluid around each baby.

I don’t know much about the systolic/ diastolic ratio but I think it has to do with the potential growth restriction.

Baby A is breech, so butt or feet first, baby B is transverse which is sideways.

I think it means one baby is breech and the other is transverse idk what the cord stuff means ..
