Went to the dr Monday and was 2-3cm dilated and 60% effaced and a lot of downward pressure. Doctor said she was pretty sure I’d be in labor by the end of the week. Yesterday morning I got hopeful because I had consistent contractions for the first time every 20 minutes for 2 hours and then it just stopped so it was apparently just Braxton’s. Nothing at all since then. How long did it take you to go from around this dilation/effacement to being in labor/water breaking??

I’m getting induced Thursday morning if I don’t go into labor by then. Got checked today and I’m 3 cm dilated and 80% effaced. I hope the baby will be ok since I’m just 37 weeks.

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.

I just got to the hospital and I'm 7cm dilated, 90% effaced. And my water just broke. Hoping for an easy labor!
Super weird I lost like 3 pounds at my apt today. Still only 1-2 dilated but 50% effaced. Slowly getting there like at the speed of a turtle.
Ready to go into labor. My body is so uncomfortable at this point. I’m only 2 cm dilated and 30% effaced so I know labor Isn’t near. But oh how I wish it was.
