no he just really hot from his head the rest of his body is fine his tummy is warm and under his armpits are warm he eats well it's just his temperature is high

Alternate tylenol and motrin every 3 hours. Plenty of fluids and rest. If it's a virus it just has to run its course. And you can have a negative strep or flu one day and it be blazing positive the next.

Tylenol every 4-6 hrs and keep him lightly dressed. Hope it passes soon. Lots of cuddles and fluids.
