I have a family of 3 I spend about $200/month at Costco for meat(organic chicken breast, hamburger, steak, etc) then I got to Aldi for pantry Staples and snacks for my daughter. I spend about $75-100/ month there. Every week I shop sales and produce spending $50-75 at stop and shop and/or whole foods. I always buy stuff to make different variations of the same things for the most part

Best thing to do is make a list of things that you need way before you go in the store....make a budget.....if you think water get it from Sams club (anything you eat and drink a lot) get it in bulk it’s cheaper ♥️
