Ugh I feel like I've been spreading myself too thin 😢

I wake up, clean, get my boys ready for the day, My daycare kids come over. Then I clean and clean and clean and make food and clean. At the end of the day I look forward to getting into bed and going to sleep. Well now all I dream about is cleaning. I cannot get a break 🤣😢😥🤣😥😢🤣
