If you don’t work out or eat right u can gain weight for any reason stress, hormones, bc getting older there’s a number of things
@rfaith166, lol if u cut out sweets all together u could loose over 5 pds quick I’m on week two and I can tell a difference for sure
@cheetahgurl420 that's not gonna be easy I'm always craving sweets
@rfaith166, it’s a hard change for some but if u just start snacking on fruit and nuts and new little tid bits yogurt with granola or dried strawberries 🍓 it can help curve it the only sugar we need is fruits
Are you on any new meds? Some side effects are appetite increase.
@rfaith166, then it just sounds like you are eating more than you’re burning. 🤷♀️ sex only burns so many calories, if your ALWAYS eating then you can put on weight fast.
Weight gain is also something that comes with birth control.
No medication..I got a new IUD but did not start gaining weight until two months after..I'm always hungry
@rfaith166, could be the birth control any kind of birth control can cause weight gain unfortunately
