I hate selling and posting stuff online a lady was interested in the iPhone X she was local well now I can’t even get into to a factory reset and now shes all pissed because I won’t give it to her with all of my information on it like hello some of the apps have my card info and that money is much needed I could probably do it on a computer honestly

@kaitlynhash24, you can sign into your find iPhone from a different device and select the one you want to remove and it’ll ask you if you want to delete your information from the device.
Make sure before you factory reset it, the Find my iPhone is off. Because if you don’t, it will put an activation lock on it
Why can’t you get in to the settings? I only have an 8 plus so I’m not sure if the settings on the newer ones are any different.
Because when I turn on the phone and go to swipe to unlock it won’t do anything the screen is cracked
