My notifications and under people user name come up in a different language. My settings are set to only English. Anyone else experiencing this?

No. I was thinking something was wrong with my phone. It never did this 4 years ago

Its Russian, it's a Russian app. It used to be in English and every once in awhile it will be but always goes back to Russian. It happens to all of us
