Update! I had baby seen at the hospital yesterday. They took his temperature & it was 101.1 f. They gave him Tylenol, checked his ears, which They detected an ear infection. (Red & swollen) They checked his nose which was so stuffed. They washed it out with saline.
The doctor prescribed him with amoxicillin 4mL every 12 hrs. Well...... he took it last night at 7pm! It went well. He slept all night. Fever is gone. But when I changed his diaper in the morning , he had a rash on his private part. I didn’t think of anything serious. So I just let it pass. (“The doctor yesterday did say that the rash he did have could possibly pass throughout his body.”)
So then I take off his clothes & he has an ugly rash all over his body!! It looks like it’s hurting him tbh! It’s so bad! Pictures down below. Could he possibly be allergic to amoxicillin??

@simply_mee, I gave my daughter Benadryl for a few days. If it’s making it worse he may be allergic to that also. Did you take him back in?

I called his pediatrician. & they said to stop giving him amoxicillin. To give him Benadryl. & if the rash gets worse then to take him to urgent care . So they can check it out & prescribe him with something else.

Allergic reaction !!!! Bring him back to the doctors asap !!!!
I’d be more worried about his eyes he needs to see a dr real soon why is he swelling so bad

My daughter had that! It’s an allergic reaction to the amoxicillin!!! Make sure you tell his doctor and your pharmacy that he is allergic to it!!!
