I’ve heard mixed things, bad to eat lunch meat while pregnant or no?

I did nothing happened

I ate a turkey sammich a couple times and was fine 🤷🏾‍♀️

You can eat it just don’t go overboard and if you just can’t help yourself heat it up.

I still eat it and I don’t heat it up.
