Mommies please send help!!

my son is 4months. & since Wednesday he’s been crying nonstop! His eyes & nose gets super red.(normal?) (never happens)

It can be 75 F & his body is very cold! Since yesterday His head has been very hot, but no temperature. Today he’s been coughing & continues to cry. All he wants is to sleep. But since he was 3mo he doesn’t sleep all afternoon only few minutes in between.
