I'm extremely early in my pregnancy but I'm experiencing extreme morning sickness, heightened sex drive , cravings and mood swings. I'm also gaining weight quickly. My fiance says it might be twins . Is that possible with first pregnancy?
Is it bad that I don't take my prenatals ?! They made me extremely sick at the beginning of my pregnancy and since I'm still throwing everything up I just don't take them 😪
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. all pregnant women complain we're pregnant we have every right to complain doesn't matter if your early in pregnancy or late in pregnancy I complained everyday of my entire pregnancy because it really sucked for me and I'm only about to be 39 weeks so I'm gonna complain even more

Twins are possible, but level of symptoms generally isn’t an indicator.

Yes it's possible but they have no symptoms 🤷
