None of my clothes fit the way I want. I don’t like how I look in pictures & I am not at a healthy weight. I am finally fed up with being overweight! I have changed my eating habits and I’m incorporating exercise. I’m excited about the changes I’m making. Anyone else working on getting to a healthier weight?
Maybe it’s just not your thing. Keto wasn’t for me. I have found my best results come from intermittent fasting and reducing rather than eliminating carbs
I agree with @ltee, . @momof3qtpies, everyone’s body is different. You may need a different combination of foods, to drink more water, or have an exercise regimen. I know people that got good results from intermittent fasting as well. You got this girl ! 🙌🏽
I’m trying to figure out how to add a healthy diet with a lower income. Healthy food is more expensive than the processed. So naturally we try to stretch it as much as we can.
I understand. My husband and I follow a channel on YouTube called Flavcity. He does healthy eating videos on a budget. He even shows what to buy at Aldi. Here is one of the videos we watched that shows a healthy meal that is $3 per serving 😅 ссылка
Yes I am. Dieting and now decided to add exercise. I’m over feeling bad about myself or hating the way anything fits me. I just want to look, and feel healthy
I feel the same way. I saw a picture of myself yesterday and just got fed up. I also want to have more energy and flexibility to play around with my son .
I have been doing Keto for months and only lost a couple of pounds. I'm so frustrated. My husband has done well and I have only stuck with it to help him. I think I need a new game plan though.
