can not breathe at night @jmw24815, have to sleep with tissue in my nose, my sneezes are so forceful & runny nose.

@queendope, run a cool mist humidifier at night, robutussin, and Zyrtec. Ask the doctor for a nebulizer if they won’t give you one right now you can stop all dairy because it’ll increase the production of mucus and try to eat some citrus fruits. Have a cup of coffee before bed it’s a bronchodilator that’s calms your lungs inflammation and increase your air flow. Obviously try that last one at your own risk or ask your doctor about it I know some people are funny about caffeine while pregnant
