I’m trying to think of lunch meals I can pack for my daughter to take to the sitters. She will be one next week. Maybe a stupid question but if I give her sandwich meat should it be headed up first?
Also I welcome any lunch ideas!

With my son I will be strict on what he eats. No sugar. And everything has to be healthy. So I’d pack something like small finger foods that are healthy for her. But it’s up to you, a lot of people feed there kids whatever foods. I don’t agree with this.

What do you pack? For breakfast she gets eggs or oatmeal, fruit

well my son is about to be 7months and we make him home made food, I don’t feed him the baby food jars because those have sugar, and I think he’s too young for sugar. For an 11 month old I’d do water, no salt. and whole grains food, veggies, protein like yogurt, beef or chicken. For snacks, you can do boiled eggs, fruits with peanut butter if she’s not allergic, and yogurt is a good snack food, or homemade frozen smoothies with banana strawberry and blueberries.

My husband and I are healthy eaters too :)

I’d just look up on google healthy foods you can eat :) you can get a ton of ideas!

If I would do juice, I’d rather just squeeze it myself.

At that age I did chick peas, black beans, noodles, diced up chicken, macaroni and cheese, cooked vegetable, cheese sticks, applesauce, turkey roll ups, brown rice. Pinterest has a lot of good ideas too
