Bad news: I developed a heart murmur and I have to get iron infusions. I have to see a cardiologist urgently & start my infusions by the beginning of next week. I feel like crying cause I’m scared.

The iron infusions aren’t bad at all, and will make you feel wonderful a week or two after them. As for the heart murmur I’ve heard of them going away after delivery. Stay positive!
