Your best bet would be getting a lawyer and letting them help you the right way. Sometimes it's hard to do exactly what to say and file
@bellemartin98, you should just be able to go down to your local court house, file the paperwork and get the proceedings started. Literally tell them you need to get a custody case started and the clerks will get ya rollin on what needs to he done and in what order.

U have to file with ur court. Is he on bc? R u married? if not u may already have the ball in ur court.
What’s bc? And yes we’re married, I’m not doing divorce right now. I just need the primary custody. Just until I can feel safe again with him being around them.
