Why do you need to go to a fertility specialists? Have you been to an obgyn, they are usually the first line of defense.

Because I have been to the obgyn and they told me nothing is wrong but after basically 7 years of no protection and no baby something has to be wrong so why not go ahead and go to the specialist

What center are you going to? They probably have someone in office who talks about finances.

Some insurance companies cover fertility meds. Once you get diagnosed you may find you won’t need to spend so much to start your family.

Do you know what your fertility issues are? There are other low tech options that cost much less
