The funeral broke my heart. Barley anyone showed. The person running the service and who was supposed to make the speeches and pray and all cancelled last second. There wasnt a card, or guest book because the funeral home "ran out". The guy who was supposed to welcome everyone, wasnt opening doors, saying anything to anyone, just stood there on his phone. Noah deserved SOO much better. Brandy is beyond angry, and hurt about it. Such a mess.

Jesus. I am so incredibly sorry & speechless honestly. This is beyond terrible for Noah & poor Brandy. My god. That funeral home owes her DOUBLE her money back & more than one very serious apology. Not to mention they need a whole new staff in there because that’s just terrible. I am so so sorry😔😢

How disrespectful ,not professional and horrible of a funeral home to have done such a shit job especially for a baby ;( Someone needs to call the owner of that place and demand something be done immediately of course the mother “brandy can’t be in the right state of mind still so sorry she had to deal with more bs on such a sad day !

@mommy-xl, I personally would still have the husband call to complain today before the meeting I’m sure so many emotions were going on during it but,it’s not fair to the family at all to have to go thru those doors again ,they should have someone come to their home and reimburse them as well for what was not done during the services
