26 more days until my little man will be here 😍😩i am breast feeding but I’m very insecure about my weight so how can i loose all this baby weight after as fast as possible?? Besides working out because i will be doing that already.
Diet is more important than exercises. Stick to protein and veggies. Drink about half your weight in water
What do i need for protein? The only veggies i actually like are corn and green beans and black beans lol
