26 more days until my little man will be here 😍😩i am breast feeding but I’m very insecure about my weight so how can i loose all this baby weight after as fast as possible?? Besides working out because i will be doing that already.
Diet is more important than exercises. Stick to protein and veggies. Drink about half your weight in water
What do i need for protein? The only veggies i actually like are corn and green beans and black beans lol
@livvybasiliadis black bean are a good source of protein...they are not a veggie...corn is terrible for you and doesn't provide any nutrient really. Google good sources of protein...I mainly eat chicken, salmon, and sometimes red meat.
Okay and what do you use for your veggies ?
