I’m so upset I ordered Mexican tonight for dinner I order a cheese and bean taco I’m a vegetarian they sent me beef I called they said since it was delivered already it was nothing they could do about it

I did just now they said since it was delivered and I “touched” I can’t bring it back I told them I didn’t even eat it I opened it up and I could see meat

Don’t let it go. Almost all places have policies on wrong orders, just depends how the people want to act

Is it a chain or a local place...if it's a chain call their headquarters asap....if it's a local place put them on blast...go to their social media page (insta or FB) and complain directly on it...heck include a picture.

I called again and spoke to the manager they looked up my order and it was a mess up oh their part I have go to Tomorrow and get refund
