Right I wish I can put my kids to sleep early if I put my kids down to sleep early they'll be back up at 2am they usually get tired around 11pm with no naps during the day

What time does he nap? My almost 2 year old naps 12-2pm and sleeps 7pm-7:30am everyday!

My kids aware in bed about 6:45. They are tired from school though

My son goes to bed at 8. I just take him and put him in his crib and even if he's pissed about it he'll go to sleep in 15 min or so

We just moved my sons bedtime back to 8. It was 7 but he’d wake up between 4:30-6. He is a solid hour napper too. His bedtime was 7 since he was 7 months old.

Mine go to bed at 6pm, but we have had the same bedtime routine since they were both 6 months old. I try to keep them busy during the day too so that by 6pm, they literally reach for their beds. I wish I had a trick to offer, but I really think it’s just consistency and the routine we established. I was strict about bedtimes early on because I work from home, and I need the evenings to get things done and to save a little sanity.

Well he not in school just home all day being a pain.

5 soon to be 6 year old over here. He goes to bed about 7:30. Sometimes earlier in the winter months and no later than 8 in the Summer when it's super light out. We started him out doing this when he was a baby, so hes just used to it now.

7-7:30 here. She is 8 and has school so we have to be up early.

No electronics before bed. It has helped.
