does anyone have advice about head lice bc my daughter is 3 and don’t wanna use Chemical shampoo in her hair what can I use

We just do a combing routine with the terminator comb and use fairytales hair products after there gone. Haven’t dealt with it since switching hair products.
Tea tree oil never had them again put a little in her hair soaps and then right in her head then let it sit for a couple hrs and then comb them out they will just fall out then do laundry, vacuuming etc
Mayo girl- the little guys just fall asleep after a few hours, then wash them out. and it’s totally safe !
I never got lice because I always have oil in my hair. My friend swears by macadamia nut oil...

In my opinion that home remedies don’t work that well , Ive has lice in the past and I tried it all and no luck ,
I ended up getting a prescription from my doctor and it killed it within minutes !!
Coconut oil and apple cider vinegar
Use it when warm.
It will make her hair oily for a few weeks but it works great!
Also remember to retreat in a week
Treat bed, house, stuffed animals (can wash on HOT or buy alcohol spray)
