Got my 1st ultrasound Thursday, didn’t see anything inside the sac.... I’m having a miscarriage now! We were so excited man. Once again. It hurts. I give up

Are you bleeding or anything? If you’re not bleeding or having pain , then you’re not having a miscarriage.
The same think happened to me but It was just super early to see anything. Here I am, almost 23 weeks.
Doesnt nessessarily mean your having a misscarriage. Sometimes its just to soon to see anything. Thats how my daughter was.

@j.concepcion, I filled up a whole pad and clots are coming out! I’m certain it’s a miscarriage
Sorry to hear that be strong every thing is going to work out dont give up i hand my miscarriage in 2015 and 2017 was bless with a 🌈 baby girl that is full of joy i think she is a blessing from my mom because she pass in 2016
It might be that you are measuring earlier then what you think you are. If you aren’t bleeding then you might be okay hun.
