That's how it is over by my dads house. ALL of the neighborhood kids hang out and climb on roofs of empty houses(idk how but I saw it) they broke into the little church on the corner and vandalized the hell out of the youth room. They get in first fights and STILL hang out. It's crazy. Idk what your situation is but some people dont care what their kids do.

I'm sure the situation isn't as bad as you think. Loud kids doesn't mean the kids are out of control. Kids are just loud lol
