@mrs_marrero2013, no not too much but I did go through it with a fine tooth comb also. I made certain they wrote everything down and signed off it because that can try and come back at closing and say oh we didn’t say that or it wasn’t discussed and you don’t want that. So you have your documentation and they have theirs, so you all will be on the same page and no surprises come signing time
