what did you as for pain wise?

I would just take a hot shower and let whatever came out, drip out on it’s own. After a few days I hand expressed once and I didn’t have a problem after that.

I wouldn’t sit where I normally would nurse him and when he asked I’d switch activities while also offering him a soft top sippy cup. It took a few days but he got it.

I tried the bandaids method but cold Turkey tho. N it worked
