Put some type of oil his head (baby, oil, olive oil) let it sit for like 5 minutes and take one of those soft baby brushes and softly scrub in circles until its gone. Then wash the oil out. My friends kids whole head was pretty much crusted over and I got rid of it with one time doing this.
