Start today so if you ever miss a day you'll know where you left off at. Sometimes they have stickers you can attach to change the start day in the box

You have to wait until your period comes down. Well at least that’s what I was told.
Same with any other birth control.

It should come with an insert with instructions and even little sticker sheets to change the start day

Find the little sticker sheet. I've only seen one where it starts Mondays, put it on and take Tuesday today. That way you've only missed 1 pill.
