Racial nickname

I sometimes call my lo monkey. To me he looks like a little monkey. My so says it's racist and offensive. What do you think?

This isn't mom related but I see a trend in people bashing women for staying with their spouse after infidelity. Or giving them poor advice that they should leave immediately. Narrow minded people shouldn't give advice. It takes a mature person to stay and work on their relationship after infedelity and plus, it's not easy to get up and walk away from something that took years to build. He's in jail

It's been almost 2 years since I've received any sort of communication with my son, that I gave up for adoptions parents. Yesterday was my birthday and guess what I woke up to this morning? An email from his parents. I was so excited until I opened the email to find out that they are writing to let me know he's been sentenced to a juvenile detention center. Why you may ask? Armed robbery. Clearly they are doing a stellar job raising my kid ????

3RD UPDATE: What would you do?

Ok, so we have these new neighbors they have been there renting the house 2 doors down for about 3 months or so. They have a 2 year old boy, he just turned two. They have asked me to babysit him on multiple occasions, just so happens I've been busy each time. In my mind, they don't know me or anything about me. Barely know my name and they want me to watch their kid because they see I have kids and stay home. Apparently they haven't had any luck with the babysitt...

What does it mean to "feel some type of way"?!? I keep seeing it all of a sudden and I feel like I misses the memo. I asked on a thread but nobody answered and it's still eating at me! Lol! I need someone to help me keep up with the youngsters. I'm old and lost. ?
