With my daughter I weight 100 lbs when I got pregnant and by the time I had her I was 145 lbs.
I used bio oil religiously from the first trimester and never got any colored stretch marks (just the “clear”/ white ones)
I was lazy right after I had her lol so I continued to eat like I was 9 months pregnant plus she was a November baby so you know I had to get all my thanksgiving and Christmas food in !
Your belly goes down a lot naturally in about the first 3 months. I lost around 20 lbs just from not being pregnant anymore lol. I lost the remaining 25 lbs by counting calories (my fitness pal, that app is awesome !) I still ate anything I wanted just portion sized and tracking calories. And I rode a stationary bike for 30 mins to an hr each night when she went to bed (I just rode til it said I had burned 500 cals)
Then I went back to eating normal and no exercise when I got back to 100 lbs and luckily maintained lol
With my son I went right back and lost every single pound of my pregnancy weight . But this baby I’m hoping I lose some of the weight . And get back right
I have 4 kids, and have a very toned stomach and body. You would never know I have any children. After each child I slim down pretty quickly right away. It takes about 6-12 months to get back to being toned.
