Soo annoyed our water bill is included into rent and it averages 70 to 86 dollar at most their trying to tell us it’s 173 this month how did our water bill double in one month has to be wrong

Mines done that. Turned out my bathroom toilet had a problem with running and i didn't realize it. That is low bill though if its around 70 lol. Id call so they can break it down for you.
Sounds like a leak. Happened to us once. Unfortunately you’ll still have to pay the bill. But at least you won’t have to pay the repairs, cause that can be $$$. Cost us $8k to repair cause it was water main leaking

@lizibear84, it does we have to mess with the handle that should be on them I feel like because it’s a mistake that’s crazy that they would make us pay for it even if it proves to be a leak

So I live in a trailer park. We just bought our trailer a year ago. So we just found out they haven't paid the water bill since July. We pay them every month for the water bill on top of our rent. They are supposed to pay the company. Well I guess they think they are being overcharged so they have refused to pay the bill. Apartment or house? My old apartment complex everyone split the water bill for the entire complex. It was a bit odd I thought. We live in a house now and it’s usually $25 or and one month it was randomly over $100. We still had to pay it, but I couldn’t figure out what happened and there wasn’t any leaks. I think it was maybe an error.
