Soo annoyed our water bill is included into rent and it averages 70 to 86 dollar at most their trying to tell us it’s 173 this month how did our water bill double in one month has to be wrong

Mines done that. Turned out my bathroom toilet had a problem with running and i didn't realize it. That is low bill though if its around 70 lol. Id call so they can break it down for you.
Sounds like a leak. Happened to us once. Unfortunately you’ll still have to pay the bill. But at least you won’t have to pay the repairs, cause that can be $$$. Cost us $8k to repair cause it was water main leaking

If the toilet was running 24/7, it could, especially if it’s an older toilet
@lizibear84, it does we have to mess with the handle that should be on them I feel like because it’s a mistake that’s crazy that they would make us pay for it even if it proves to be a leak
I don’t think their willing to even if they find s leak because rent is due today

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

Apartment or house? My old apartment complex everyone split the water bill for the entire complex. It was a bit odd I thought. We live in a house now and it’s usually $25 or and one month it was randomly over $100. We still had to pay it, but I couldn’t figure out what happened and there wasn’t any leaks. I think it was maybe an error.
