They gave me meds for my daughters I had to brush it on the spots. That junk was sooo hard to get rid of even with meds. Start boiling bottle nipples if u don’t already and pacifiers.

Take him to the ped so they can prescribe him antibiotics. It may take a while for it to go away so stay on top of it.
