Can any one help plz ... my daughter is 3 and I want to apply the 30 hours free I don't work but my husband esrbs more than 16000 per year .will be be qualified for this... How do u also apply for the 30 hours
You won’t be entitled to it if your partner only works
The 30 hours is mainly for both working parents but you can have the 15 hours standing funding
I tried this already and says I’m only entitled to the 15 hours
Due to where only my partner works
Both parents have to work over 16 hours per week to qualify for it, unless a single parent household.
If only one parent is working they child is eligible for 15 hours x
Does he get tax credits? As you can use your tax credits against the hours. So they'll cut the tax credits ans in return you get the additional 15 hours, that's the only other way besides paying for them yourself as you both have to work to qualify
I don't think you're entitled to it. Pretty sure both you and your husband have to be working at least 16 hours a week each x
I'm pretty sure you both have to work to qualify for 30hrs, all 3/4year olds are entitled to 15 hrs though.
@sara87, if your not working you won’t be eligible. It’s for working patents only.
@sara87 I'm fairly sure both parents have to be working, my dh works 50+hrs a week and I stay at home, we only get 15hrs funded for our 3yo. You can always give them A call and ask though x
If you both worth the equivalent of 16 hours at minimum wage a week but less than 100k a year you'll qualify 😁
I'm pretty sure you both have to be working for the 30 hours extended entitlement, you should get the 15 hours universal entitlement though.
If you look up childcare choices online (it should be a .Gov site) that will tell you how many hours you're entitled to and give you a code for your childcare provider.
