That’s a $100k per year in salary city in m opinion.  If you go to some of the outskirts though it’s not as much.  I love that area, it’s beautiful but like anywhere west coast you’re gonna pay.

@mrsmarie, move now before it becomes the Bay Area though...it’s expensive and slowly becoming that.
